Article Marketing - How To Use Yahoo Answers To Write Your Next Article.
Are there times where you’re stumped for an article to write about? You can usually get around this by…
Sending an e-mail to your mailing list and asking them for their biggest problems, and write an article on the top answers?
You could go over to ezinearticles.com or one of the big article directories and find out what everyone else is writing and write an article on that.
But what if you don’t have a mailing list or what if you don’t want to write about something that everyone else is writing about.
So, how can you find what the average Joe/Josephine Soap is having problems with and write fresh article that are up to date and current?
The answer “Yahoo Answers”, (well you knew the answer already if you read this articles title).
For those of you that don’t know or never heard of Yahoo answers, it’s part of Yahoos main site (http://answers.yahoo.com) where people from all over the world come to ask questions and other members of the public either answer that persons question or point them to somewhere where they can find their answer.
Yahoo answers in broken down into different categories for example health, home and garden, food and drink, etc.
So how does Yahoo answers help you with your article writing?
Firstly, you need to find the category that’s closely related to your niche and scroll though the questions that are being asked.
You can do this very quickly because you’re not after the answers you’re just looking for the questions. After a few minutes you’ll begin to see a pattern emerge where the same types of questions are being asked over and over again. For example I know if I went into the dieting area now I’d find any amount of people asking for ways to lose weight quickly.
And voila there’s the idea for my new article. People are looking for ways to lose weight quickly so that’s what I write about. I then go off do some research for some quick weight loss tips and that’s it.
Tip – Yahoo answers is also great for researching your article as well, if you’re stuck for time or ideas scroll through the answers given to that question and use the answers in your article.
Don’t just copy and paste the answers to make a quick article but take the best parts of the answers and put them in your own words and then add any of your own suggestions to it.
The best thing about Yahoo answers is that you’ll find that you’re writing articles on the current topic in your niche and only what people are interested in. You won’t be writing an article hoping you’ll get readers but you’ll be writing something that your readers want to know more about (it just a matter of giving them what they want).
Also, when you have your article is done and dusted why not put it on your site with then either attach Google adsense ads or an affiliate program and then start driving traffic from Yahoo answers to it.
Because your article is something that’s currently being asked you simply answer that question if it comes up again, then in your resource box direct your reader to where they can find out more information (your article on your website).
So now you’ve got an article and free traffic, plus if your answer is selected as a best answer Yahoo stores them away for future readers to read, so you could be getting this free traffic for a long time to come.
